This design series is guided by a self-imposed framework of three creative constraints—style, subject, and topic—designed to push me beyond my comfort zone and expand my skill set.

For this series, I worked within the following creative constraints:

  • Style: Constructivism

  • Topic: Films

  • Subject: Mystery

Constructivism, a visually striking and inclusive style closely related to Bauhaus, blends bold imagery with strong typographic elements. This project pushed me to experiment with new textures and techniques, challenging me to step outside of my comfort zone. I learned how to effectively blend elements and apply specific visual effects to enhance imagery. Overall, I really enjoyed exploring this aesthetic and creating concept posters for mystery films—it's a style I’d like to revisit in future work.
